What is your exchange policy?
Because all products are made to order, all sales are final. We only offer exchanges if the printing is defective or if there is a manufacturing error in the product itself.
You may exchange your defective items within 14 calendar days after delivery provided they are unworn and unwashed. Please contact support prior to mailing your order back to initiate the exchange process. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanging.
What is your return policy?
Because all products are made to order, we do not offer returns. As stated above, we offer exchanges in case of printing error or other manufacturing defect.
