How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time will vary depending on the size of your order, however the estimated time is between one to three weeks. Please note that this is NOT a guaranteed timeframe. During peak seasons this timeframe may vary.
It takes about 2-7 business days to fulfill orders. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that’s why we’ve made these tables to help you out.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

But sometimes we’re out of stock, and it might take a bit longer. But don’t worry, we’ll always let you know in advance. Our merchandise is sent by airmail from California, to anywhere in the world.
How can I find out if my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order has shipped. You can also contact us anytime using our contact page or check your account.

Some items may ship separately at no additional cost to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation for each shipment if this is the case!
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
What about shipping issues?
We are not responsible for any damage or delays incurred by the shipping service. Weather, holidays and any other delays are out of our control. We do our best to process your orders as soon as possible and cannot control any delays that may occur within the USPS.
We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly and will ship to the address that is on your order so please be sure to confirm the address to which you are shipping. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Shipping insurance is NOT included in the domestic shipping cost. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Insurance is available as an upgrade at checkout.
Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc. You are responsible for these fees.
What countries do you ship to?
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Currently, we don’t ship orders to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea. This list may change periodically.
We ship internationally to all other countries!
